Roasted coffee, cacao and vanilla sit alongside juniper and native wattle seed in a rich, smooth gin made for after-dinner sipping and the best Espresso Martini you’ll make at home. On the nose: roasted coffee beans with hints of vanilla and chocolate.On the palate: bold coffee, a creamy texture, juniper and a whisper of caramel.The finish: smooth and rich, with a satisfying coffee bitterness. Botanicals: juniper, coriander, licorice root, wattle seed, cacao husks, orange zest and agave. Perfect serve: with dark soda over ice. Or shake it with a fresh espresso shot for an Espresso Martini.
