RG23 Riesling Gin A gin with a Clare Valley soul. Inspired by the region’s famous Riesling, it’s bright, floral and delicate, with green apple, lime and a gentle wine-like acidity. On the nose: bright and floral, with citrus and a light, fruity Riesling-like aroma.On the palate: delicate and crisp, with green apple, lime and soft botanicals.The finish: lightly sweet and refreshing, with a gentle wine-like acidity. Botanicals: juniper, coriander, orris root, cassia, pepper berry, strawberry gum, lemon myrtle, Geraldton wax, lemon peel and vanilla. Perfect serve: with ginger beer over ice and a slice of green apple. Also shines in a Riesling Gimlet. Handcrafted by our distiller Leigh, from ferment to bottle, at our home on Jeanneret Road in Sevenhill. RG23 Riesling Gin: 32.7% ABV | Available in 700ml and 200ml
